Outer Ring Road east to Hebbal
HSR to the Outer Ring Road at Agara or Silk Board, north through Bellandur, Marathahalli and KR Puram to Hebbal, then Bellary Road.

What is happening on this route
The ORR east corridor has almost no incident tolerance — a single stalled bus has brought it to a standstill. This is why we ask for a bigger buffer here than the distance suggests.
As of 2026Metro Blue Line works are live along this stretch of the ORR, with stations at Central Silk Board, HSR Layout, Agara and Bellandur. Passenger service is not expected before 2027.

Bengaluru traffic police issued that advice in March 2026 while flyover approach widening runs from KR Puram to Hebbal and metro construction runs along Bellary Road at Kempapura Cross, Kodigehalli and Byatarayanapura. It is a police statement rather than an estimate, and it is the number we plan on.
Sadahalli is a worksite until about April 2027
A 700-metre underpass has been under construction at Sadahalli since January 2026 on a fifteen-month build. It will remove the only signal between Hebbal and the airport. Until then it is a diversion on the final approach, and it affects every locality in this list.

Two hours for 54 km?
In the evening peak, close to it. A hundred and eight minutes out, and 120 back at 9am. The fare is ₹1,550 either way — we do not charge you more because the road is slow. What we ask is that you leave earlier.
Would leaving at 4am help?
Considerably. The 5am prediction is 61 minutes, a little over half the peak figure. Early flights out of HSR are much easier than evening ones.
Where exactly will the car be at Bengaluru airport?
In the premium lane in front of the arrivals gate. Collect your luggage, call your chauffeur, and he pulls the car up and loads the bags.

What happens if my flight is late?
Share your flight number when you book and we will do our best to keep the car waiting for you. Fifteen minutes of waiting is included and a small charge applies after that. If the delay starts to affect other guests' trips, we may have to cancel.
Can I book at short notice?
We suggest booking three to four hours ahead, and further ahead during peak hours. Shoffr is pre-booked only — there is no car-in-three-minutes button.
