An electric fleet matters more in Delhi than anywhere else we operate. When the air quality plan reaches Stage III or IV, the restrictions fall on older petrol and diesel vehicles — every stage that lists a permitted fuel type lists electric, so your booking holds when the air does not.

Which parts of NCR does Shoffr cover?
Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad — and most useful trips cross between them. Border crossings are part of normal service, not an exception.
Which airports do you serve?
Indira Gandhi International (all terminals — T1 and T2 pickups from the second lane for commercial cars, T3 from the Multi-Level Car Parking), Hindon Airport (pickup in front of the terminal gate) and Noida International Airport (Jewar).
Do air quality restrictions affect my booking?
No. GRAP restrictions target older petrol and diesel vehicles; our whole fleet is battery-electric, so a Stage III or IV day does not cancel your car.
Is there surge pricing?
No. The fare is fixed the moment you book, at any hour, on any day — including fog season and long weekends.
