A Delhi NCR city ride starts at ₹350. Below roughly 12 km the distance stops mattering and every trip quotes the floor. Past that the fare tracks how far the car actually drives. Toll and parking are charged as used, at cost.
Hiring the car by the hour
If the car needs to wait for you, or the day has four stops in it, book by the hour instead of by the trip. ₹550 an hour in Delhi NCR, with unlimited kilometres — no 80 km cap, no per-kilometre meter running in the background.
| Package | Fare |
|---|---|
| 2 hours | ₹1,100 |
| 4 hours | ₹2,200 |
| 6 hours | ₹3,300 |
| 8 hours | ₹4,400 |
| 10 hours | ₹5,500 |
| 12 hours | ₹6,600 |
- Unlimited kilometresYou are paying for the car and the chauffeur's time, not for distance. There is no 80 km cap and no per-kilometre charge to watch.
- Extension is ₹1,000 an hourIf the day runs long, the car stays, subject to availability. Tell the chauffeur rather than the app and it gets sorted.
- Free cancellation up to an hour beforeAfter that a ₹500 cancellation fee applies.
- Toll and parking are charged as usedAdded at actual cost, the same as a city ride.
How a city ride works
- Ten minutes of free waitingAfter that it is ₹100 per 15 minutes. The clock starts at your booked pickup time, not when the car arrives.
- Free cancellation up to an hour beforeInside the last hour it is ₹150. Once the pickup time has passed it is more — the exact figure is on each city page below.
- Toll and parking are charged as usedA city ride fare covers the trip. Any toll or parking on the way is added at actual cost. Airport transfers work differently — those quotes are all-in.
- The fare does not move with the clockShoffr has no surge pricing. The same trip costs the same at 10am and at 7pm. It changes only if you add a stop or alter the route.
In Delhi NCR the charge once the pickup time has passed is ₹200.
Frequently asked questions
Do you cross into Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad?
Yes, and most of the trips on this page do. Half the useful journeys in this city cross a state border, so a car that stops at the Delhi line is not much use.
Does an air quality restriction stop my car turning up?
No. When Delhi's air quality plan reaches Stage III or Stage IV, the restrictions fall on older petrol and diesel vehicles. Every stage that lists a permitted fuel type lists electric, and our whole fleet is battery-electric.
Is the fare fixed?
Yes. Shoffr does not have surge pricing, so the fare is the same at any hour. It changes only if you add a stop or alter the route. Toll and parking on a city ride are charged as used.
Which car will I get?
A BYD e6 — a silent, Innova-sized electric SUV that seats 4 adults with 4 large suitcases. Same car every time.
Can I book at short notice?
We suggest booking three to four hours ahead, and further ahead during peak hours. Shoffr is pre-booked only — there is no car-in-three-minutes button.
Should I book a trip or hire by the hour?
Book a trip if you know both ends and you are going once. Hire by the hour if the car needs to wait for you, or if there are several stops. Hourly hire has unlimited kilometres, so a day of running around usually works out simpler.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes — Shoffr is officially pet-friendly. Indicate pets while booking; a deep-cleaning fee of ₹500 for cats and ₹750 for dogs applies.

Going to the airport instead?
Airport transfers are priced differently — the quote is all-in, with toll and parking absorbed. Each Delhi NCR locality has its own page with the fare and the drive time by hour.
