The route
Eastern arc of the Outer Ring Road
Uppal down through Nagole and LB Nagar to the Pedda Amberpet ORR ramp, then the ring road clockwise south past Bonguluru, Raviryal and Tukkuguda to Shamshabad.
The nearest ring-road entry to Uppal is Ghatkesar, but it adds distance. Most trips drop south to Pedda Amberpet instead.

What is happening on this route
Uppal Junction has been closed since 27 April 2026 for the 6.4 km Uppal to Narapally elevated corridor, targeted for December 2026. The Warangal-bound ring road stretch is fully shut and traffic is diverted via Habsiguda, Nacharam and Mallapur.

The ring road is the reason the west side is predictable
The Outer Ring Road is grade-separated with no signals, a 120 kmph limit and an 80 kmph minimum in the fast lanes, and two- and three-wheelers are banned from it. Any locality whose route is mostly ORR — Gachibowli, Financial District, Kokapet, Manikonda, Kondapur — varies by only a few minutes across the whole day. Localities that cross the city do not.
2026 is a heavy construction year
The IIIT Junction flyovers on the IT corridor, the KBR Park package through Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills, the Mehdipatnam multi-level flyover at the mouth of the expressway, and the Uppal elevated corridor are all live at once, with completion dates from December 2026 to December 2028. Yes. The diversions are published and our chauffeurs run this side daily. What we ask for is a landmark other than the junction itself, because the approach roads have changed and a pin on the junction is no longer useful.

We suggest booking three to four hours ahead, and further ahead during peak hours. Shoffr is pre-booked only — there is no car-in-three-minutes button.
