# Shoffr

> Shoffr is a premium all-electric chauffeur-driven cab service in India, operated by Shoffr Mobility Private Limited. It offers pre-booked airport transfers, city rides, hourly rentals and outstation trips in Bangalore (Bengaluru) and Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad), using a fleet of BYD e6 electric SUVs with professionally trained drivers.

Key facts:
- Founded in 2022, headquartered at Residency Road, Bangalore, India.
- All rides are pre-booked with a flat fare fixed at booking time. There is no surge pricing.
- Fleet: BYD e6 electric SUVs (Innova-sized; seats 4 adults, fits 4 large suitcases). Cars carry dashcams, GPS and N-95 cabin filters.
- Drivers are trained and incentivised on guest care and safe driving, not ride volume.
- Services: airport transfers (BLR Kempegowda, Delhi IGI, Hindon), city rides, hourly rentals (unlimited kilometres within city limits) and outstation trips (one-way and round-trip) from both cities — e.g. Bangalore to Coorg/Mysore/Ooty and Delhi to Agra/Jaipur/Rishikesh.
- Shoffr publishes the charging plan for every outstation route: where the car charges, how long the stop takes, and the named backup charger.
- Every airport ride includes 15 minutes of free waiting; recommended pickup buffer is 30 minutes after landing for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international.
- Works for international travellers: sign-in OTP reaches international phone numbers, international credit/debit cards are accepted (no UPI or Indian wallet needed), and a placard meet-and-greet at arrivals can be added during booking for a small fee.
- Officially pet-friendly: pets allowed with prior indication (deep-cleaning fee of Rs 500 for cats, Rs 750 for dogs).
- Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup for in-city pickups.
